What is MOQ (minimum order quantity) order with PuroNature?
Shipping by Air: MOQ is 45kgs per shipment.
Shipping by Sea: MOQ is 25kgs per shipment.
(It depends on what products also, please contact us for details).
How can I pay for my orders to PuroNature?
We accept payment by T/T (Bank wire), L/C. You could also use Western Union or PayPal for small amount payment.
What is the payment beneficiary when we pay to PuroNature?
When ordering with PuroNature, the payment beneficiary must be PuroNature Extracts Inc. Any other is not acceptable.
Could PuroNature provide us formula design assistance?
Yes, we not only supply Botanic/Plant extracts but also we provide formula design services, contract manufacturing, and Natural ingredients applications solutions.
How can we get samples for a lab test from PuroNature?
PuroNature is very glad to provide clients with 5g-20g free samples for lab testing, along with the original COA.
As per the summing-up made by our financial department in the last half-year, the statistics showed that we had a very heavy burden on sample cost, during the past years we supplied the small qty samples to our customer free of charge, we not only produce the samples but also pay for the postage to express courier.
I hope you can understand that it’s our company policy to charge on samples postage.
1). Please inform your express/courier account such as UPS, DHL and FedEx?
2). If the courier is inconvenient for providing, we will quote your freight prepaid of shipping for the proforma invoice, it’s 100% refundable after the order is confirmed.

What third party inspection do PuroNature work with?
PuroNature QC team also work with the third party inspection, such as SGS, China Inspection Bureau, China National Plant Resource Function Engineering Center, etc.
How about transportation? What are your usual shipping ports?
International Courier services and Freight Forwarding Services both are available.
By Sea Shipment: Shanghai, Qingdao, Tianjin;
By Air shipment: Xi’an, Beijing, and Shanghai.
DHL Express, FedEx, and EMS for the quantity less than 50KG, usually called as DDU service;
Sea shipping for quantity over 500KG; and air shipping is available for 50KG above;
For high-value products, please select air shipping and DHL express for safe;
Please confirm if you can make the clearance when goods reach your customs before placing an order, for buyers from Mexico, Turkey, Italy, Romania, Russia, Ukraine, Iran and other remote areas.
How long is the delivery time?
Shipping time by vessel: 2 to 4 weeks according to different destination ports.
Shipping time by air: 3 to 5 working days.
How is the packing?
Sample packing: Double plastic bags inside, aluminum foil bag outside,
Bulk packing one: double plastic bags inside, fiber-drums outside, 20kgs-25kgs/drum.
Bulk packing two: 1kg-5kgs plastic bags inside with aluminum foil bag outside, packing in fiber-drums, 20kgs-25kgs/drum.
